SMS/Text Messaging Policy

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from iPermit, we may send you SMS/text messages related to permit services, inspection scheduling, job updates, service coordination, customer support, or other service-related communications.

 When you are contacted by an iPermit representative or automated calling system regarding permit scheduling or related services, you may verbally request to receive SMS/text messages during that call. In that case, your verbal request is recorded, logged, and treated as your express consent to receive SMS/text messages from iPermit. A confirmation SMS will be sent to the number on file immediately following your request. If you did not make this request or wish to opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. 

Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

 You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. You may request assistance at any time by replying HELP or contacting us at 855-737-6484 or info@ipermitusa.com.

 

No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver and support our messaging services, such as SMS platform providers, customer service providers, and other vendors who assist us in operating our communications. These service providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
